Class 4 undertook a 'tenner' challenge. The challenge was to make a profit out of ten pounds. The children all came up wth different ideas, most of them 'stalls' with items to sell to the rest of the school on our recent 'non uniform' day. However, one creative group decided to run a car wash company and made most of their profit outside of school hours washing friends and families cars.
The stalls on the Enterprise Day were: sweets, hot dogs, hot chocolate, jewlellery, cakes, milkshakes, fresh lemonade, nerf gun shooting and guess the name of the teddy/sweets in jar.
The children learnt valuable lessons in planning, money managment and team work and did a marvellous job!
